Eddie Dunbar's return delayed, though Darren Rafferty starts Tour of Alps

Well folks, it looks like we'll have to wait a little longer to see our very own Eddie Dunbar back on the road. While it's a shame he's not racing this week, there's still plenty of cycling action to follow!
